Oregano and Hotsprings
I am on to a new herbal remedy. I'll try anything to get rid of this cold! Oregano oil. The owner of the Nelson healthfood store swears by it. An expensive little treatment and it makes you smell like a pizza parlor (I guess there could be worse things), but it seems to be working. Coupled with a trip to the Ainsworth Hotsprings and 3 days of solid nourishment I am recovering quickly. Tomorrow I think I will leave the magic of the valley and head back to the magic of the metropolis.
